Working principle
1, When it is working,fist it must be lifted up by the special crane,and then put it into the basing concrete which are pre fabricated.And we should also check the verticality with the level when the bulk cement tank lifted up,and then weld its bottom and based embedded parts together firmly.
2, After setting up the storage silo,transport the cement to the construction plant by bulk cement truck,and then connect the transmission line of the truck with the feed line of the soil,and transport the cement to the storage soil by gas pressure made by the bulk cement truck.
3,During the transportation,the operator should constantly press the button on the dust remover vibration motor,and shake off the cement on the dust collector bag,in order to avoid blocking the bag which can cause an warehouse explosion.
4,Once the bag is blocked,the pressure in the storage exceed the pressure safety valve of the silo roof,can open the pressure safety valve to release the pressure to avoid accident.
5,We can know whether the storage is full or lack of materials by the material level.
6,When discharging,first you should open the manual unloading valve on the bottom of the vertebral body,and then transport the cement through the transportation device.
7,If there are some problems with the cement transportation device,first you should close the manual unloading valve on the bottom of the vertebral body,or the cement will spill out and cause waste. |
